We had a fantastic stay at The Swanston! The location was amazing, with all the shops, restaurants, and attractions just outside the door. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. We couldn't ask for more in terms of value for money. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing, comfy beds, clean sheets/towels, delicious Nespresso coffee, walking distance to attractions.

The staff were helpful with our children. The breakfasts were delicious. The pool was good for the kids. First visit with children and impressed with the service.

The hotel is conveniently located right near where we needed to be, with shops and attractions just a short walk away. It was perfect for us as backpackers who wanted to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice lounge area and a big TV to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom had modern amenities, including a heated towel rack. The staff provided excellent service and were helpful during our stay.

One negative aspect was the noise from the construction happening outside, as the windows didn't provide enough soundproofing.

This hotel offered exclusive amenities and fulfilled all my luxurious needs. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding. the room was spacious and elegant, with a stunning view. the bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting, with a great selection of drinks, and the restaurant served delicious food, including special diet menus. the private facilities were also exceptional, including the in-room breakfast and the swimming pool. The location advantages were also significant, as everything was within walking distance. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was the confusing lighting system in the room.

During my recent stay at Pullman Melbourne, I was impressed by the convenient location right in the heart of shopping and dining options. The Asian restaurants just around the corner were a good culinary experience. One highlight of my stay was having access to the lounge, where the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I must mention Bob, the hardworking concierge, were pretty good to assist me. The tram stops right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. I was particularly grateful for the helpfulness of Clement at the reception, as he ensured that my room was located on a high floor for a quiet and peaceful stay. If you're a light sleeper like me, it's definitely worth requesting a quiet room and a high floor.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a convenient location close to the casino where we like to see movies. The hotel is also in an accessible area close to everything you would need, whether it be for dinner at the restaurant or breakfast time. The room we stayed in was clean and modern, with a beautiful bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the generous portions provided. the hotel offered everything we needed and was a great base for all the activities we had planned.

The bar staff could have been more knowledgeable about making cocktails.

Great staff and convenient location! The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. We loved being in the heart of the city and being able to explore everything Melbourne has to offer.

It would have been helpful to know beforehand so that we could have chosen a room on a higher level to avoid the noise.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a tram stop and close to Melbourne Central and many eateries.
